Macdonald Cottage, Sleeps 6

A semi-detached cottage which was originally part of the main farrn house which dates from 1837. It has stunning views over Loch Rannoch and Schiehallion. It combines the best of both worlds with new and fresh accommodation within a traditional exterior. It has its own private garden and picnic bench.

Ground floor
The stable door leads into the hall.
The large fitted kitchen/dining room is well equipped with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, electric hob and oven, coffee maker and microwave oven. The dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate 6 people.

The tiled bathroom has a w.c., wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over and an electric shaver point.

The family bedroom has three single pine beds together with a dressing table, ample wardrobe and drawer facilities.

Upper floor
The large spacious lounge which runs the width of the cottage with traditional coombed ceilings and feature electric fire, has retained it's homely character while allowing ample space and seating for 6 people. It has two windows which face east and west. The east window allows you to watch the sun rise over the Loch while the west window with its window seat allows you to leisurely watch the sun set over the Loch. It has a colour tv and video unit with free satellite TV.

The main bedroom which also runs the width of the cottage has two windows which create a light atmosphere. It has one double bed and one single bed. Again there is a dressing table with ample drawer and wardrobe facilities.

All beds have duvets and bed linen is provided. Macdonald Cottage has full electric central heating and is fully double glazed.

There is a separate laundry for guests with washing machine and tumble dryer - charges apply.
