Ground floor
From the courtyard the stable door leads into the hall.
The main bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer facilities.
The family room has adult size pine bunks beds, again there is ample wardrobe and drawer facilities.

All beds have duvets and bed linen is provided.
The tiled bathroom has a w.c., wash hand basin, bath with electric shower over and an electric shaver point.

Upper floor
The spacious main living area runs the full length of the cottage is of an open plan design. The traditional coombed ceiling has retained its homely character while allowing ample space.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, electric hob and oven and a microwave oven.

The dining area has a pine table and chairs to accommodate 4 people. The lounge area with its feature electric fire has a colour TV and video with free satellite TV.

The patio doors lead onto the balcony, which faces west with panoramic views over Loch Rannoch.

There is a separate laundry for guests with washing machine and tumble dryer - charges apply.
