Ground floor
From the courtyard the stable door leads into the hall.
The main bedroom has a pine double bed together with a dressing table, ample wardrobe and drawer facilities.

The spacious family room has one double and one single bed. Again there are ample wardrobe and drawer facilities.

All beds have duvets and bed linen is provided.
The tiled bathroom has a w.c., wash hand basin, bath with electric shower over and an electric shaver point.

Upper floor
The large main living area runs the full length of the cottage and is of an open plan design. The traditional coombed ceiling retains its homely character while allowing ample space.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, electnc hob and oven and a microwave oven.

The dining area has a table and chairs to accommodate 6 people.
The lounge area with it's feature electric fire also has seating for 6 people. It has a colour TV and video with free satellite TV.

The patio doors lead onto the balcony which faces east and has panoramic views over Loch Rannoch.

There is a separate laundry for guests with washing machine and tumble dryer - charges apply.
